Sea View Lodge at Hafan Y Môr – Terms & Conditions

Your security deposit will be returned within seven days of your departure subject to cleaning, inspection & adherence to the terms & conditions & additional checks documented below. Please may we respectfully ask that you adhere to the information outlined below.

• We kindly ask that the lodge is left in an acceptable condition in order not to be subject to additional cleaning costs.
• If damage to the lodge or its contents occur we will agree what is fair and appropriate to deduct from the security deposit following departure.
• The lodge must only be used by the individuals named on the on-line registration form.
• The hot tub must only be used by the individuals named on the on-line registration form.
• Maximum occupancy is six individuals. For the purpose of insurance the maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge.
• Animals are not permitted.
• On the cabinet in the lounge you will find an information booklet with a variety of instructions to aide your stay. Please ensure you read & adhere to the hot tub guidance in this folder for your safety. The hot tub must only be used by the registered guests.
• Please ensure the outside seating cushions are placed in the storage box in wet weather and prior to departing.
• BBQ’s are prohibited on the decking.
• Please remove any remains from the fire pit (black bin bags can be found in utility cupboard) prior to departing.
• Please note there is parking for a maximum of two cars on the lodge driveway. Additional cars must not be parked on Golf Village but in the park complex parking facilities.
• Charging of electric motor vehicles is not permitted from the lodge. Charging points are available on site at the car park near the Glendower pub.
• This is a family park please be respectful to other holidaymakers.
• Outside access may be required during your stay to carry out routine checks on the hot tub.

Additional checks prior to departing Sea View Lodge:

• Please double check the lodge for any personal items left behind.
• Please place all rubbish into refuse bags provided before removing from the lodge and kindly place into the Haven dustbins situated on the park complex as you depart.
• Please remove all duvet covers, pillow slips and fitted sheets and place in the black bags provided along with the towels & tea towels, please tie the bags and leave in the hallway of the lodge for collection.
• Please do not remove pillow protectors or mattress protectors.
• Please ensure all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc are washed and put away or alternatively please load the dishwasher and start prior to leaving.
• Please ensure the outside seating cushions are placed in the waterproof storage bag inside the storage box in wet weather and prior to departing. Please note the area is prone to strong winds so please place the heavy stones back on the storage box lid to prevent it being blown open.
